Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation at which time your diagnosis and probable treatment options will be explained to you. Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
Once you know if your insurance requires a referral before making your appointment, please just give our office a call at (806) 935-5094 and we will help schedule you at on a convenient date and time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you will be unable to make your appointment at all, please contact our office to cancel or to reschedule, preferably 24 hours in advance, so we may allow another patient to be seen in your place.
Insurance companies and their policies are known to vary greatly in regards to appointments with General Surgeons. Some require you to be referred from your Primary Care Physician while others allow you to make an appointment with a General Surgeon directly.
You may check with your insurance company to determine what they require in order to cover your appointment with us, or our office can gladly determine that for you before we schedule you.
Please help us to ensure that your visit does not cost you more than necessary by knowing what your insurance companies policies are.

Our staff will answer your questions and, if necessary, Dr. Agle will return phone calls at the end of the day as to not interfere with the evaluation and treatment of other patients being seen in our office.
Office Visits:
Full payment, copays, and deductibles are due at the time of your appointment.
Surgery:
Our office also collects full payment (copays and deductible) at the time your surgery is scheduled. Every effort is made to accurately estimate this charge, but please be aware that this will only be an estimate. The final determination of payment will lie with your insurance carrier.
Caveat:
The fees discussed by us with you represent the fees for the services provided by Moore County General Surgery only. Hospital, laboratory, imaging, or other physician services will not be included in this estimate.
